Chocolate Covered Banana Bites

Dark or milk chocolate squares (dark is better for you)

1. Using a double boiler, melt the chocolate.
2. While the chocolate is melting, slice your bananas and prepare a baking sheet with wax paper.
3. Dip your banana slices in the chocolate and freeze for about 5 minutes, or until the chocolate is hardened.
4. Store in a container in the fridge.
